1. Delivery Attempts and Cancellation:

  • Indian Nest will attempt to deliver the purchased product to your designated address within the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase.
  • If you are not available to accept the delivery, our logistic partners will make up to three attempts to deliver the product.
  • If the third delivery attempt is unsuccessful and you remain unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process the return of the product to us.

In such cases, Indian Nest reserve the right to deduct the shipping and delivery charges incurred by us while processing any refunds.

1.2 Delays in Delivery:

While Indian Nest strive to deliver your products on time, there may be delays due to:

  • Logistical issues beyond our control
  • Unsuitable weather conditions
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.
  • Acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Other unforeseeable circumstances

In such cases, Indian Nest will make reasonable attempts to inform you via email or mobile number registered with us.

Indian Nest disclaims all liabilities arising from our failure to inform or notify you of delays.

Indian Nest are under no obligation to compensate you for any claims arising from delays in shipment, delivery, or use of the purchased products.

At Indian Nest, we craft all our products with utmost care, ensuring high quality and customer comfort. However, in the rare event that a manufacturing defect occurs during shipping, we have a comprehensive policy to address it.

Handling Manufacturing Defects:

Responsibility:

  • If a product incurs a manufacturing defect during shipping, Indian Nest takes full responsibility for rectifying the issue.
  • Our skilled labor will fix any problems that arise, ensuring that the product meets your expectations.

Repair and Correction:

  • We will arrange for repairs to be carried out to correct any manufacturing defects. Our team of professionals will handle all necessary repairs to restore the product to its intended quality.

Refund Policy for Manufacturing Defects:

  • Refunds are not provided for customised furniture or for any manufacturing defects. Our primary approach is to repair and correct the defect to ensure customer satisfaction.

Exceptional Cases:

  • In exceptional circumstances where a repair is not feasible a 60% deduction will be applied to cover the costs incurred.***

2 Custom or Special Order Furniture Policy

At Indian Nest, we pride ourselves on offering the ability to customise furniture to meet our customers' specific needs and preferences. However, to ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have outlined our policy regarding custom and special order items.

Custom and Special Order Items:

  • Custom or special order items refer to products that are uniquely made or modified based on the customer's detailed specifications. This can include alterations in dimensions, materials, fabric, finish, color, and other personalised features.
  • Once an order for a custom or special item is placed, it is considered final. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, they cannot be cancelled. The customization process involves resources and labour tailored specifically to your order, making the product unsuitable for resale.
  • Likewise, these items cannot be returned. Since they are crafted to your individual specifications, they cannot be restocked or resold to other customers.
  • We aim to fulfil all customization requests accurately. However, the final appearance of a customised product might slightly differ from the initial visualisation due to factors such as natural variations in materials, the handcrafting process, and other production variables.
  • By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept that there may be minor deviations in the product's final look. Indian Nest is not liable for these slight discrepancies as they are inherent to custom-made products.
  • Custom and special order items are made specifically for you and, as such, cannot be refunded either partially or fully. This policy ensures that our resources and efforts dedicated to creating your unique piece are protected.
